Yes — I'll need access to your devices and network. Most visits take 30–90 minutes so it's not a big time commitment.

What if you can't fix it?

You don't pay. I'll tell you upfront if something is beyond what I can do and point you in the right direction — no charge for the diagnosis.

How do I pay?

Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or card. Payment is due when the job is done. No deposits required for standard house calls.

Will you have access to my passwords?

Only if you choose to share them for the specific task. I'll always ask first, never store them, and recommend a password manager so you don't have to share in the future.

How quickly can you come out?

Same day or next day in most cases. Text or call and I'll give you an honest timeline based on my schedule.

Do you work on Macs and PCs?
